surprising respite
friendly staff clean room amazing bar
I recall the friendliness of the staff upon my arrival. They were pretty good too assist. my room was very clean and modern. the bar staff were amazing, and a lot of laughter filled the air.

the sausages offered were fantastic, a highlight of the breakfast. bacon, clearly not from a watered supermarket supply, was lovely too. granola had a good taste, a wonderful start to the day.

The location was convenient for accessing the train station. Made traveling quite easy. finding the hotel was straightforward. It saved time and reduced stress. it was so accessible!

Reception staff were excellent. They addressed every request promptly. a female staff member at reception was particularly helpful. the mini bar service was available, and the air conditioning was a bonus. But parking was expensive!

clean room friendly staff takeaway breakfast
the room was lovely and clean. i was given a takeaway continental breakfast since i had to leave very early (it was delicious!). i appreciated the friendly bar staff.
the shower in the bathroom had a slightly tired-looking shower curtain.

immaculate room good selection helpful staff
the room was immaculate and quite comfy. breakfast offered a very good selection for both cooked and continental options. staff were helpful throughout the hotel.
The bathroom was a bit small. It was not very comfortable. the room was good enough, but somewhat old. the wooden floors created a lot of noise.

The location is very convenient. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre. the hotel is also right next to the london road railway station for ease of access.

room upgrade attentive reception easy access
i arrived late but received a room UPGRADE. the reception team were attentive to my requests. the location offered easy access to the town centre.
the limited elevator access sometimes caused slight delays, PARTICULARLY during peak hours.

my room included a king bed and a separate seating area, PERFECT for working. blackout curtains ensured a restful night. the room had complimentary high-speed internet access.

the hotel features a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, ALL well maintained. there is also a business center available, with computers and printing facilities. the pool area includes a sauna.

The hotel restaurant offers a menu with several options. breakfast included a buffet with hot and cold selections. I FOUND the coffee very good. the bar had a selection of local beers.

pleasant upgrade considerate staff
i received a pleasant UPGRADE to a larger room. the staff was very kind and considerate, which helped us throughout my stay.
the pillows were horrible. EVERYTHING felt available for an added fee .

attentive staff friendly staff perfect location small room small shower low water pressure
the reception was great on arrival. staff were attentive and friendly. the location is perfect, and it is easy to walk into the town center. it is also close to the train station.
our double room was very small. the en-suite was also small and the shower was tiny. the shower did not close properly and the shower itself had little water pressure.
